Terms of service
These terms describe the rules for using InstantPWA (the “Service”). By creating an account or installing our script on your site, you agree to them.
1. The Service
InstantPWA provides a hosted popup that prompts your visitors to install your website as a Progressive Web App. We deliver the popup as a small JavaScript snippet you embed on your site.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person or legal entity per account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to deceive visitors, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put other users or the Service at risk.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the branding, copy, icons, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and serve that content as needed to operate the Service.
5. Fees
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantPWA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
