Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Pro and Business are month-to-month. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?+
Pro comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. The Free plan is, well, free forever.
Do you charge per visitor?+
No. Show your widget to unlimited visitors on every plan. We only meter the number of widgets you create.
What happens if I exceed my plan?+
Nothing breaks. We’ll let you know and ask you to upgrade if you want to add more widgets.
Do I need a separate subscription for each workspace?+
Yes. Each workspace is billed independently so agencies and parent companies can keep client accounts cleanly separated. Create a new workspace from the org switcher and you’ll be prompted to start its own subscription — invoices, seats and usage stay isolated.
