Conditions of use
These conditions describe how you may interact with the InstantPWA website, dashboard, and embedded widget. They sit alongside our Terms of service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use InstantPWA. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. The widget
The widget runs entirely in your visitor’s browser. You must not modify it in a way that hides our identity or misleads visitors about what they are installing.
3. Visitor consent
You are responsible for showing the popup in line with the privacy laws of the jurisdictions you operate in, including any required cookie or tracking notices on your site.
4. Branding
Free plan widgets carry a small InstantPWA attribution. Removing it requires a paid plan. You may not impersonate other brands or use trademarks you do not have rights to.
5. Rate limits
To keep the Service fast for everyone, we apply soft rate limits per widget. We will contact you before applying any hard limits.
6. Security reports
We welcome responsible disclosure of security issues at security@instantpwa.example. Please give us a reasonable window to fix issues before going public.
7. Disputes
If something goes wrong, talk to us first — most things get resolved over email. Where that fails, disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InstantPWA is incorporated.
