Privacy policy

We keep this short on purpose. Here is exactly what InstantPWA collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Account data

When you sign up we store your email, name, hashed password (or OAuth identity), and the widgets you create. We use this to operate your account and contact you about the Service.

Widget configuration

The branding, copy, colors, and icons you save are stored in our database and served to your visitors through the embed script. You can delete a widget at any time, which removes its configuration from active use.

Visitor data

The embed script does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personal information from your visitors. It records anonymous, aggregate counts (impressions, installs, dismissals) tied to your widget — never to an individual.

Cookies

InstantPWA does not set third-party tracking cookies. The dashboard uses a small number of strictly-necessary first-party cookies for sign-in and CSRF protection. The embed script served on customer sites uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember dismissals and enforce the frequency caps you configured — under recital 30 of the ePrivacy Directive this is treated as strictly necessary and does not require prior consent. If you visit our marketing site (instantpwa.com), a small "Cookie notice" banner asks you to accept optional analytics; you can change your choice at any time from that banner.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment processor. We only store the last four digits, brand, and billing country needed to show your invoices.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of vendors for hosting, email delivery, and payments. They are bound by data-processing agreements and may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Retention

We keep account and widget data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep records (e.g. invoices).

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@instantpwa.example. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Where data leaves your region we rely on standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms.
