Cold email policy
This policy explains how InstantPWA sends outbound business email, what we will and will not do, and how to opt out. It is written to comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713) and California Business & Professions Code § 17529.5.
1. Who we are
Every outbound email is sent by InstantPWA, a product operated at 447 Broadway, 2nd FL #793, New York, NY 10013. The From, Reply-To and return-path domains all resolve to InstantPWA. We never use false, forged, or third-party header information.
2. Why you received email from us
You received an email because we believe you are a business decision-maker whose company could benefit from turning its website into an installable app. The message is a commercial solicitation. If our belief was wrong, unsubscribe below and we will not contact you again.
3. Subject lines
Subject lines describe the content of the message. We do not use deceptive subject lines, false urgency, fake replies ("Re:"), or misleading "invoice" / "order" language. If a subject line ever misleads you, please report it to hello@instantpwa.com and we will fix it.
4. Opt out — no cost, no login
Every outbound email contains a one-click unsubscribe link and a mailto opt-out. You can also unsubscribe at any time at https://instantpwa.com/unsubscribe or by emailing unsubscribe@instantpwa.com with the address you want removed. Opt-outs are honoured immediately; CAN-SPAM allows up to 10 business days but we typically process within minutes.
5. What removal means
Removed addresses are stored in a permanent suppression list and are excluded from all future outbound campaigns, including messages sent through third-party tools we use (e.g. Instantly.ai). We do not sell, rent, or share the list.
6. California-specific rules (§ 17529.5)
For recipients in California, we additionally commit to: (a) not sending after receiving an opt-out; (b) not using misrepresented header or subject information; (c) not routing through unauthorised third-party domains; and (d) treating each violation as a matter we will remedy on request. Contact hello@instantpwa.com to escalate a specific issue.
7. Data we hold about recipients
Before you engage, we typically hold: business name, work email, public role/title, and company website. This is treated under our Privacy Policy. California residents may exercise CCPA rights (access, deletion, opt-out of sale — we do not sell) by emailing privacy@instantpwa.com.
8. Sending infrastructure
Outbound campaigns are sent through authenticated infrastructure with SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned to InstantPWA-controlled domains. We do not spoof, relay through open resenders, or hijack third-party mail servers.
9. Reporting abuse
If you believe you received email from us in violation of this policy or applicable law, email abuse@instantpwa.com with the full message (including headers). We investigate every report and respond within 5 business days.
